Blocked Out Level Two

Hey All,

I did some house cleaning

 - Cleaned Up some of the scripts by removing unneeded comments and redundant functions

 - Added Water that makes the character float

 - Updated the main menu to have a background (Honestly spent too much time on this)

- Added a settings menu ( It still needs work the volume doesn't transition globally yet)

- Level 2 layout was complete. 

So much more to do.
